ARC Metrologia was founded in 2004 as a successor of over 20 years of tradition in the field of geometry control and metrology engineering in mechanical engineering. The company is working with Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence and other leading global manufacturers of measuring equipment.
The typical customer of the company is usually a machine-building enterprise that wants to improve quality control over its production. These customers call  ARC Metrologia  with a request for the purchase of metrological equipment. After an assessment of the metrological requirements of the client, consultations are made for the selection of appropriate equipment, followed by demonstrations and, where necessary, testing of the customer  workpiece in ARC Metrologia  or at the manufacturer accompanied by a measuring protocol. After the machine has been ordered ARC Metrologia assumes the responsibility for delivery and installation. Calibration according to ISO 10360-2  follow the instalacion. The procedure has made by trained engineers of ARC Metrologia with company's  calibration equipment . Then operators are going to be trained. The initial course is usually sufficient for normal work with machine. If necessary, the client could order the creation of  part - programs from ARC Metrologia - a service, which can be used by all clients once or ofter signing subscription contracts. Subsequent collaboration is related to software support, advanced software upgrades and new applications, more sophisticated metrology tasks, service and recurrent calibration (ISO requires calibration at least once a year).
