S_Mike LARGE Smart – Precise Measurement of Large Dimensions up to 1000 mm

Measuring large parts often requires a compromise between accuracy, portability, and equipment cost. The new S_Mike LARGE Smart expands the S_Mike product range and offers a practical solution for measuring dimensions up to 1000 mm.

The instrument is designed for applications where calipers no longer provide the required accuracy, while coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) are unnecessarily complex or too expensive for the task.

S_Mike LARGE Smart covers measuring ranges from 150 to 1000 mm, delivers repeatability of ≤ 1 µm, features IP65 protection for use in production environments, and includes integrated Bluetooth® for wireless data transfer.

By combining high accuracy, portability, and easy data acquisition, the S_Mike LARGE Smart provides an optimal balance between performance and investment. It is an ideal solution for measuring large dimensions directly on the shop floor, offering significantly higher accuracy than calipers without the need for a coordinate measuring machine.
