TESA TWIN-SURF is a compact portable roughness gauge compatible with the full range of stands and accessories offered by TESA. The newest roughness gauge is powered by a rechargeable battery. Its monochrome OLED display optimizes power consumption and ensures high contrast for clear reading.

The construction is simplified and ergonomic.

Simplified ergonomics with 3 buttons on the top allows the easy definition of measurement parameters, adjustment of tolerances and starting of the measurement. The probe can be rotated by 90° to enable transverse measurement without prepositioning of the measuring gauge.

● TESA TWIN-SURF has the largest memory capacity compared to all previous TESA models available on the market. Automatically save of each measurement.

● TESA TWIN-SURF is the first roughness gauge capable of wireless data transmission to computers, tablets, and smartphones. Available also in a version with USB port.

Available for all users is TESA’s free DATA-STUDIO software for device connection to computer or smartphone and customized reports and export them in Excel or PDF with company logo. Premium version of the software offers even more functional capabilities, such as measuring of 51 roughness parameters.

Wide range of applications such as planes, grooves, holes (as small as Ø 4 mm, at a maximal depth of 20 mm). Once fixed on a suitable stand, instrument can measure surface roughness of a large-size components.
